We are currently looking for an: 

“Automotive Trainer fluent in Greek and English Languages”

 

Purpose of the Position:

The Automotive Trainers will be responsible for delivering Training and support the managerial and operative resources in the retail network as car manufacturers, distribution networks and internal staff.

They will be also responsible for providing innovative solutions in order to support the achievement of growth and development KPI.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

The Trainer, according to the Project Manager and the Team Leader, will have to:

•Analyse Client’s training needs;

•If requested, provide technical support to the Account Manager in the proposal training planning;

•Plan and organize training courses, ensuring an excellent level of competence during the delivery;

•Manage training participants according to the daily situations, always ensuring a high  quality of the provided service;

•Prepare the classroom and rearrange it at the end of the course;

•Cooperate to build a team building, collaborate in problem solving activities (team working) and communicate to the Manager potential critical situations;

•Commit to improving his/her quality standards;

•Measure his/her results continuously;

•Reporting to the Project Manager;

•Maximize Customer Satisfaction in relation to the provided services;

•Support Knowledge Management by collecting and sharing Best Practices.

 

Education, Competencies and Experience required: 

The Trainer must have excellent communication skills, knowing how to establish good interpersonal relationships by adapting language skills to the different interlocutors.

Leadership skills and an orientation to processes and problem solving are required for classroom management.

The trainer needs to have aptitude for Team working and a great interest in the automotive branch.

In details:

•Graduation;

•3 to 5 years of experience as Consultant or Trainer;

•4 or more years of experience in the Automotive branch; 

•Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Languages; 

•A third language is a plus;

•Office package and main automotive DMS knowledge;

•In-depth knowledge of dealership processes (New, Used, Service and Warehouse);

•Excellent legislation knowledge regarding warranty and distribution;

•KPI knowledge and indicators: sale and aftersales;

•Marketing elements knowledge: CRM;

•Cost Absorption Factor, Industrial Accounting (analytical), good BM structure and analysis knowledge;

•Effective and interpersonal communication competence, Neurolinguistic Programming elements, Public Speaking;

•Internal dynamics recognition in dealerships, negotiation skills;

•Knowing how to structure, organize and explain a course; know how to create supportive tools for daily activities; 

•Know how to distinguish between Urgencies (time) and Priorities (objectives). Organize the daily activities based on the emergencies and the priorities;

•Know how to make simple complex concepts.
